It's been a while...I know, I know. Been working a lot more and then with the pregnancy, am also tired a lot more. Excuses, excuses.

Today marks 26 weeks and the last week of my second trimester. The bebe moves a lot now and while I can't see actual feet come jutting out, I can feel them and it makes me grin from ear to ear. Our little guy is growing and doing what he's supposed to be doing and his daddy is constantly telling him to be nice to mom. Hee!

Still need lots of things, but clothes are definitely taken care of...at least until Old Navy gets their long overalls in with the small size and some sweaters/fleece. We've got loads of clothes for him, but not a lot of the other little things. I won't have any place to put them so I'm holding off (plus the shower might bring some extras too). Registered at Target last week so I'm glad to have that done.

Went to C-town this weekend and spent some time down at the lake, which resulted in a very weird splotchy sunburn in strange places. The tops of my feet look like I've got some bizarro rash and they hurt like hell. I've also got the stupid v-neck burn that won't go away immediately and I'll be forced to wear polo shirts instead of t-shirts to work until it isn't bright red anymore. To think...if I hadn't used that sunscreen, I'd probably be even worse off!
