You know, I really hate it when people bitch about how people post about what they got for Christmas, like they are better than everyone because they are happy they DIDN'T do anything for Christmas. OOH, you are SOOOOOOOOOO much better than me because you are thankful for yoga and better than me because I'm feeling let down about not getting a digital camera. THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE SHIT, YOU BITCH!

In other news, TheG got this cool mp3 player with a built in hard-drive so it won't skip when he runs. It took roughly 2-3 hours to get the thing to take any music, but it finally worked and now I know how to do it. Dad really got him a nice one (not *the* best one, but still not a cheap one) and it's pretty freakin' cool if you ask me! TheG got me some gorgeous earrings that are yellow and white gold with 3 diamonds on each-they are little hoops without backs for me to worry about losing! I was really shocked that he got me something so extravagant for us...he said he wasn't going to get me any jewelry this year since mom was getting me a necklace with a pendant (we bought it back in September-it matches some earrings and a ring she'd also bought for me) but he said that since we'd had a talk about how no matter what he spends on it, coming from him makes it much more special to me than anything because HE got it for me-and this time even more special since he picked it out all on his own without any sort of hinting from me.

%%diary-oddly-enough%% sent me some really cool stuff, including these 2 gorgeous little bottles that have beads and wire wrapped around them. I hung them in my bathroom so I can see them every day and try to remember that I need to keep faith and compassion in my every moment. Thank you loads, my sweet friend!!
