Chiropractic Blues

The G's cousin Jeff is a chiropractor. I have nothing against them, in fact, I wish more people were open to the option of going to them. I mean, many people who seek regular chiropractic treatment feel better physically and have a stronger immune system as a result of natural therapies. This is what I hope for.

The problem is that Jeff isn't one of the "providers" on the list that my insurance covers, and I do have pretty fantastic coverage. 30 visits in a calendar year with $15 copays each visit. I couldn't even find the name of the other guy he's friends with who does chiropractic care here in town in case he wanted to refer me. I *did* find a guy I went to high school with (and always had a terrible crush on) listed as a provider-maybe I can get Jeff to refer me to Nick...

I guess I'm just a bit disappointed that he's not listed with my HMO. I could really use the care and with Jeff KNOWING me, it would make things easier since he knows my health history.
