spoke too soon on the no pain thing...

as I was driving over to B's for the Creative Memories thing tonight, I felt it. The stabbing in my lower back. Right side. Just like in the shower.

I can feel that little bastard making its way down and I dread when it rears its ugly little head....

damn you stone!!

in other news, I journaled my ass off tonight getting all the goodies from the trip onto pages and under page protectors. B was impressed that I wrote two 12x12 pages worth (she's not much of a journaler) and I was just happy I had something to work on tonight. I did two pages of the Gonka babies (both were well received) and the stuff from the trip-forgot to take the poster from the Sunday show, but still not sure how I want to mount that in the book...may just glue it and fold up the part that extends...it's too nice to cut apart, that's for damn sure!

Didn't do any productive walking and ate like I was on vacation today so tomorrow I've got to get back at it. Will be with mom most of the day so who knows if I'll get a walk in or not-she's been wanting to just sit and stitch lately (doesn't hold my interest unless I'm feeling shitty and who knows? I may be in excrutiating pain tomorrow anyway!).

For those still with me, the shower wasn't too bad. Stacey loved the games and Joe wasn't overly annoying like usual so I think all in all it was okay. Their engagement photos look weird....he looks EXACTLY THE SAME in EVERY photo! It's like the Stepford guy! Stacey looked gorgeous, of course-it's hard to look bad when you are as pretty as she is. Found out they've already bought a house and that another cousin (yet another I don't think much of) is having ANOTHER house built, as theirs is already too small-they've been there maybe 3 years?! How can it be too small already?!!?!?! ugh.....it's no wonder I do better with just his parents and an aunt or two.
