It's a quarter after six and I'm up. Sick thing of it is, I actually chose to be up this early. The plan is to have some breakfast and then when Greg gets up, go get dressed and then I'll be all ready to leave for work by the time he is. I never really used to be much of a Breakfast Believer but I'm kind of learning that if I don't eat before I head to work, I'll be munching the whole time I'm there. I can't afford that (for one thing) and I really don't need to be doing it (the whole weight thing). I suppose the even scarier thing is that I'm planning to wear a dress today which means...........pantyhose. EEK!!! It's been so long since I've worn hose that I'm afraid those packages I prebought ages ago won't fit (or even come close), and I can't go with bare legs or just socks. Rules of the dress code-dumbass thing-state no bare legs, no matter how great one's legs may be. It also says no sleeveless shirts and no cropped pants, capris, or shorts. I've seen some people push this-sometimes much too far-and all I know is that it would be my luck that the one day I wear pants that happen to be a little too short, it would be assumed that they were "cropped" and I would be sent home to change. They must have a problem with naked calves and ankles. Go figure.

I now have the weirdest, dumbest looking sunburn I think I have ever had (or at least the strangest I've had in the last 5 years)-two days ago, I wore a tank top to go walking. My shoulders are pink, and I'm pink on my chest. Yesterday, I wore a t-shirt because of said shoulders and I was noticing last night after my shower that my shoulders are red, bicep/tricep area is white, and my forearms are pink. Good thing there's no sleeveless things allowed at work....I'd be the one everyone would come stare and point at.
