"Fuck 'em."

Those are the EXACT words from the two overly beautiful policemen that arrived a little more than 45 minutes ago. They took my statement, took a look at my (minimal) damage, and are writing this up as RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT AND ASSAULT!! I'm thinking Mr Beautiful Blonde officer has little to no tolerance for road rage, and Mr Gorgeous Olive Skinned officer doesn't either. They were quick to dismiss the hit and run idea since the jerk stuck around to yell at me, and will be contacting FNBO first thing Monday morning for witness statements. FNBO is a big enough bank that they will have cameras (possibly scanning the parking lot after that whole shooting incident that took place in Norfolk recently) and will possibly have a shot of the plate.

You know, ordinarily the officers in Omaha/Bellevue have been known to be jerks-hell, I've had my own experience with one who thought he was in the Bronx and not the middle of nowhere, but these guys....well, I feel one hundred percent better about the whole thing. They are going to have someone follow up with me and told me to submit it to insurance (which I'm going to at least report on Monday-it's probably less than my deductable and if they don't bust this dude, I'm out the coin).

Vindication. It feels incredible.
